No onbording process, nobody explains you anything about the infrastructure, but it is expected of you to know it somehow. Twice a day meetings where you have to present what have you done since the last meeting which was 3 hours ago. They create you a Jira ticket and it is expected that you do it completely alone from the beginning to the end using Internet, no matter of your previous experience with the tools, even questions are not welcomed, all that from the 1st day literaly. You need to investigate everything and if the tool/technology does not support something, you need to come up with different solution and present it to them, again all alone, very hostile environment to work. If you are not very well versed, prepare to stay long hours in order to make things run for the next morning meeting :-).

The senior management in product is more preoccupied with their own careers than with the vision for their function. There is very little leadership , the teams are left to their own devices, trying to make up for the lack of vision.
