- Everyone is very, very friendly. Great culture - Modern tech stack, great with technical debt - Best management I've ever worked with

Some meetings can be very "manager-speak" heavy. This can be quite alienating to engineering teams.

Good amount of time off, great people working there, good pension contribution

Cons

Pay below market and two rounds of layoffs, but then paid a fortune to sponsor Ferrari. At the same time they’re saying the company had such strong financial results but bonuses amount not announced yet, only that they’ll be delayed.
