Great team culture with helpful and collaborative colleagues. Opportunities to grow professionally over the years. Exposure to a wide range of projects that expand your skillset. Generally good work–life balance depending on the project cycle. Managers are approachable and open to feedback.

Cons

Workload can become heavy during tight deadlines or release periods. Career progression can feel slow without proactive communication. Some processes could be more streamlined for efficiency.
