      Pros

      Flexible and fairly relaxed work. It probably depends on the group you work in, but there is a good working culture, the managers are generally pleasant. It's also a hybrid job and they also give 20 working days to work from abroad, in addition to the 20 days a year, which is great. Generally, one goes to the office feeling comfortable.

      Cons

      In some work groups there is a large group of workers of a certain nationality such as Italians, which means that you hear this language all the time. At times it is uncomfortable as one feels a bit out of place. It is not a big problem but it is often uncomfortable. Training is not the company's strongest point. It may be better in some groups or worse in others.

      Pros

      The people - from all parts of the business. As we are rapidly expanding, there is a lot of support and co-operation from teams across the globe. The growth plans for the business are challenging but rewarding.

      Cons

      As a rapidly expanding organisation, it can sometimes be hard to have full alignment throughout the business. As a lot of current staff have joined through acquisition, managing their expectations can be challenging but we're getting there.

      Opportunity to grow and develop your career, new roles offered at an international level, opportunity to travel, further education & learning encouraged, new ideas always welcomed, independent thought and creativity encouraged, a welcoming environment the people are great, modern offices, work from home offered, great benefits including leave, pension, healthcare. Hard work rewarded in the form of salary reviews, bonus and equity for higher performers.
