      The people are very nice and work hard

      Cons

      The company is financially unstable and the people are suffering. Teams are stretched to the point of breaking with more people leaving and not being replaced. As money is so limited, there were no salary increases or bonuses in 2026 and limited investment in employee experience such as training, wellbeing or development. Loyal and dedicated employees are shouldering the burden of keeping the company going in difficult circumstances with little in return.
