      Big projects experience. Decent wages. Hours aren't crazy compared to other engineering contractors.

      No leadership or overall plan communicated. Lack of career path progression. Inconsistent management. Toxic work environment.

      Slightly above average pay when joining.

      Cons

      Complete lack of company culture / values and disconnect from Management. Poor treatment of staff with incredible high turnover. Lack of support from management and no accountability of the systemic issues in the management of the project.
