      Pros

      I've joined 2 years ago, with the promise of bonus, career and development. The salaries are below market, bonus is non existence and development (as long as you take in company courses) is all right. Diversity and women are not advance in their careers, and even if you have enough qualifications they will place you into the client that will pay them the most instead of what your true desires are.

      Cons

      Not a single Manager is other than Irish and pay gap is immense compared to your male colleagues. The company is handled like a recruitment agency instead of a Consulting firm. They are loosing a huge amount of clients, so the possibility to change is non existent.

      Access to self learning tool Dental care

      Cons

      - Be prepared to stay on a "Bench" for up to a year because there is no work. Basically a wasteland where you will see your mental health drained. - Graduate program is a joke. -Expleo love contracts so read everything they get you to sign as it can come back to bite you. - Team culture doesn't exist. - When you go to a client again team culture doesn't exist because no one has a clue who they are reporting to, Expleo or client. - Pay is well below market average. - Can go weeks without hearing from anyone so can get lonely. - Networking culture. Not what you know but who you know in management and how much you can befriend them

      Potentially good training if you push for it

      Cons

      Salary is very little considering how much they charge clients for consultants day rate. There is very little overhead for the company as majority of staff are on client site. Salary and performance is based on who is favourites with managers.
