The environment is very immature in the office. The cliques and the gossiping that comes from all levels of employees to higher management. If you have a different opinion to someone you are singled out by everybody. Micromanaging The training provided isn’t great, once you get to the floor your left to it with what feels like very little support, the quality team who would review your work would pick at things that you have been told to do in training. One rule for some people and different for the rest
