Pros
The only Pro I have is that the other agents who worked there were friendly and easy to get along with. This has nothing to do with what Voxpro do though.
Cons
•Unsociable hours •Unrealistic metric targets •Clear favouritism with some employees by management, for no apparent reason. •Workload is not distributed evenly, lazy staff members get away with doing nothing. In my time there some of the lazier people have been promoted •Due to favouritism and personal dislike of agents,(for no reason) progression is off limits for many agents. •The only way to ensure promotion is to play up to management •Agents are only seen as a number to upper management. •Applying for holidays was a long and tedious process. •Unfair roster scheduling( Some people working more weekends than others) •People who don't smoke get punished by having less breaks than the smokers! •Punished for product faults which had nothing to do with how an agent handle the issue.
