      Pros

      Great people to work with, very easy to get on with. There are plenty of opportunities to grow your career. Great benefits including health insurance, yearly bonuses and salary reviews, etc.

      Communication could be better from senior management.

      Cons

      Generally more than a 40 hour week. Working globally, you could be up as early as 5:00 am for calls and as late as 11:00 pm at night or 1:00 in the morning. Working remotely in a global role can sometimes be exhausting as you’re generally in meeting (video calls) during core business hours and having to get work done around the calls.
