Pros
Reduced fares on Travel was available at times and could be beneficial.
Cons
Toxic environment in Customer Ops. Director and their reports treated people below them with complete disregard. Very shady and underhand practises when dealing with third parties who get thrown under the bus to hide Director and management incompetency. I could go on all day and maybe one day I will but a thoroughly rotten culture and would encourage anyone with integrity to avoid working in CX in Dublin.
