When I started working at RTR, it was great but so much has changed. I work in CX and just as a heads up they will expect you to be a robot. You say one thing slightly incorrect, you’ll be marked down for it. You don’t use a macro and free write something (even if it’s the correct information), you’ll be marked down for not using a macro. The environment in CX has turned so toxic and there isn’t anything my manager can do about it. It’s just the way it is now. And the department will blame you for all of it instead of taking initiative.
