Pros

Exposure to interesting public sector and consulting projects. Opportunity to gain experience quickly due to the volume and variety of work. Collaborative colleagues and supportive teams at the operational level.

Cons

The company appears to have grown faster than its internal organization and processes. There is a lack of standardized procedures, knowledge repositories, and structured internal documentation, which often leads to inefficiencies and duplicated effort. Management maintains a traditional approach to work, with limited flexibility regarding remote work despite the nature of many consulting tasks. Resource planning is often insufficient compared to the volume of projects undertaken. Teams are frequently understaffed relative to workload. Long working hours and overtime are common and often treated as the norm rather than the exception. In practice, these additional hours are neither compensated nor rewarded through a structured bonus scheme. Performance evaluations were significantly delayed, creating uncertainty regarding career progression and compensation. Salary increases following the evaluation process were relatively modest considering workload, responsibilities, inflation, and market conditions. There is no clear performance-based bonus structure despite sustained periods of high workload and project delivery pressure.

Pros

Easy schedule. Good facilities. Nice tech stack.

Cons

Total mess in terms of management. Poor leadership. Unorganized. I was left with minimal guidance and no set goals or expectations. Advancement and progress are not standard. People were friendly, but mid-level. Reminds me a lot of Greek public sectors in some instances.
