Pros

Product was good shame the reginal leadership wasn't as good,

Cons

Second line leadership and hub leadership level has managed to churn an entire Hub out the door. Its a "whatever fits on the day" culture with the narrative constantly changing to facilitate one person who is overseeing operations in Dublin. A real shame as the right leadership could make a great mission in Dublin. If you are looking for career progression avoid this place at all costs its a dead end.

Pros

Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

Cons

Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
