As the title says I was overloaded with work on a daily basis in Ballycoolin had to leave for my own sanity. Horrendous experience. Really dreadfully poor wages. Massive pick lists for clients on a daily basis which guys have to deal with. Zero positive feedback from Supervisors. Ever. Random ‘meetings in 20 minutes’ requests from Supervisors every couple of months because/ if they felt something was done incorrectly, the troops are called together to be reprimanded, absolutely demoralising as an RC Specialist there. Lights out in various aisles all over the building which meant employees have to resort to turning on the light on their mobiles to see what they’re doing, just mind boggling stuff. Boxes in various aisles regularly in a bad state, never addressed on the 3 shelf levels. Uneven floors in certain areas in Records Centre 1, not safe. As the Lateral department doesn’t have enough designated RC Specialists to deal with their chart pick sheets other employees get dragged away from their specific client area to assist, hindering their original job, absolutely ridiculous. If I could take away the one star I would. Depressing place to work. Awful.
