Full time in office, toxic culture with poor management and unfair policies - Junior Associate Director MUFG Employee Review

They’ve now announced a full time in office policy. We’ve been given no information apart from “be ready to be here 5 days a week come January”. They’ve also not made a formal announcement to the public. Pay rises for 2025 and 2026 were a slap in the face. Bonuses are subpar. Management expect everything but draw the line at asking for company flexibility. I’ve experienced prejudice and discrimination in the workplace by senior management but funnily enough never in writing. Their promises to clients are in conflict with employee contracts and the operations are set up to ensure you have to do overtime, which isn’t paid or time owed.
