The culture and structure is terrible.
The stress of the job is not worth it.
There seems to be different rules for different departments.
It's one of these kind of companies where it's who you know, rather than what you know.
HR is rotten to it's core. Nobody ever asked why I was leaving but the number one reason was a breach of my contract. I was offered various benefits when I started with Keeper and I did not receive any of them. Despite various attempts on my part, this never got resolved and cause resentment.
I would not recommend anyone to work here.
