Horrible management - Client Care Coordinator Kare Plan Employee Review

My time at Kareplan was a frustrating experience marked by a blatant disregard for employee rights and a toxic work environment. Despite consistently working overtime, I was never compensated for the extra hours. When I attempted to leave on time, I was met with disapproving looks and subtle pressure to stay. This lack of respect for personal boundaries created a stressful and demoralizing atmosphere. I strongly advise anyone considering employment with Kareplan to reconsider. The company's practices are unethical and exploitative, and they clearly prioritize profits over the well-being of their employees.
