      Amazing colleagues and rewarding work

      Cons

      Daily calls from office and out of hours to cover extra shifts. Long drives to each service user so hours of the day spent driving. Always given incorrect address and time for service user. No shadow shifts or care plan provided so often attend shift not knowing what is expected.

      Team environment, modern facilities and equipment, gym on campus.

      Cons

      Highly pressurised and stressful time sensitive workload. Constant emergencies and phone calls eat into time available to plan and manage workload effectively.
