Highly pressurised and stressful time sensitive workload.
Constant emergencies and phone calls eat into time available to plan and manage workload effectively.
Plenty work in my area and always offered more work
Cons
No permanency, not worth the effort and hassle to start working. Too much driving and low pay. Mileage money is questionable even though I do favours don't get extra mileage like other team members do. Personality clashes make it hard to enjoy work. No contact or support from coordinators/ management. Have applied for a new job.
