Most of the clients are lovely

Cons

No correspondence between HR & schedulers,you agree to work whatever days you’re available only to be harassed by the office because apparently HR don’t have the right to discuss what days you are available,that’s a scheduling job!?Promised hours they cannot provide,promised pay they do not pay.Promised a sign up bonus which you never actually receive.Change your hours constantly with sometimes only a few minutes notice.

a lot of the people who work as carers are wonderful people

Cons

too many to name, no work life balance, sadistic upper management who openly say in front of staff they "love giving people warnings and letting people go", the management below them too afraid of losing their jobs to stand up for their employees, they have employees spy on other employees
