Leaders here run good people into the ground and call it “working in a fast-paced environment.” Numerous talented employees have been wrongfully pushed out simply for speaking up against unrealistic expectations or calling out genuinely harmful behavior. It’s not a fast-paced culture, it’s a toxic one with a revolving door.
