      Guaranteed work, no mater what.

      No work life balance, really terrible shift patterns, management don't care about staff, you're a hindrance to them.

      Controllers don't care about the driver and will prioritise doing the route over driver and passenger H&S. Shift work. No communication Lack of respect from management and control
