If hell had an IT department than surely this would be it. The highest turnover of any IT department I have ever worked in with somebody leaving approximately ever 3 months. This is no 40 hour per week job and instead from the get go they will be giving you work that will need to be done after hours and refusal is not an option. You will also be expected to continously travel and mistakes even simple ones are not an option. The feeling in the building is one of dread where you are expected to dance to the tune of a madman. If you value your career then stay as far away as you can.They will lie and tell you everything you want to hear but every bit of it is lies and from your first day you will realise that this isn't a job its a prison sentence. If you get offered a job here avoid at all costs.
