      The business is profitable. The people are nice and friendly. Might be a good place for someone early in their career.

      Cons

      Unreasonable bureaucracy, poor tooling with very restrictive access, engineering is reactive, fast paced, low quality, high volume of urgent work and a lot of time spent on meetings
