The management and treatment of team is unfair, outdated, lack of respect for people. For example unfairness in distribution of rota hours. Specific jpbs for males and females not equal in Corrib Oils task routines. No policy in place to protect staff from rude and abusive customers, the staff have to be submissive to abuse. Very poor pay fpr the hatd work and long hour shifts including late nights. Half hpur break in an eight hpur shift is totally unfair. Management style in store was to demotivate and be negative in communication to the team. No team briefs or meetings ever. Rotas issued last minute giving no consideration to a person's private time planning. Cold food give. As a job perk with no way to reheating the food. Team not encouraged or asked to contribute ideas in any way totally demotivated.

Some staff, not much else.

Wages are a disgrace, barely above minimum wage but expected to work like a manager and keep high standards. Excuses every year as to why no pay increase, yet the company continue to expand and hire more management. Bullying is rife and those who bully even get protected by senior management. Senior people in company well out of touch with the real world and how the staff are suffering with the cost of living.
