Some genuinely capable and supportive colleagues, with strong expertise across the team. The product is interesting and has real potential, which makes the opportunity compelling despite the organisational challenges.

The CEO’s leadership style created a very difficult working environment. There was a pervasive lack of trust across the organisation, which often translated into controlling behaviours and poor treatment of team members. Morale and work-life balance were significantly impacted — for example, one senior leader was required to commute monthly from London to Prague due to a lack of confidence in remote leadership. It was one of the most challenging leadership environments I’ve experienced professionally.

Great core team, that has been with the company for a long time, and that reflects on how much people care about making a good product. Lots of talented, and highly dedicated people. Very welcoming, and demanding as well.

Currently in a bit of a pivot moment, both in scaling the current product, and expanding the offer, so there's a few processes that are still maturing which is to be expected in these moments — but leadership is strong and I trust this will be moot in a few months.
