Interesting Projects, interesting industry, good attention to facilities and working environment, significant benefits package. Overall a great opportunity to learn in a highly regulated industry.
Cons
Culture is somewhat monolithic and resistant to new ideas and change. Not all groups feel like a team. Quite a few people are more focused on self-cover than being bold, brave and trying to improve processes and ways of working.
