Pros
- decent financial compensation - you are lead to independent thought - you can get a lot of responsibility early on and make an impact - proactive approach and initiative are rewarded - autonomous team within a larger organisation (more modern management practices, great focus on agile compared to the rest of the company etc.)
Cons
- new organisational structure is not fleshed out yet - some of the processes are messy and not finished, others are too heavy handed (but management can help with that and shield you from the worst excesses)
