BD is incredible at wasting talent, promoting mediocrity, and ensuring their rolling layoffs always cause the best people to leave suddenly, in the middle of the night, jeopardising your program. I shouldn't have strong opinions on the leadership of a company but good god this lot are beyond their best-before dates. Maybe that's why half the C-suite "retired" or left recently. The current business focus is to ensure that the stock goes up, whatever the costs. So the beatings will continue until it's above 220. I hope you all like being fed into the grinder. Limerick specifically isn't a nice office. The canteen is foul, ambient noise makes it hard to focus, there's no parking, and the building layout makes it impossible to navigate.
