      Pros

      You can take beers every Friday because of another guy is leaving the company. When you leave, you feel a internal peace.

      Cons

      Poor Management. Don't listen employees opinion. Unorganized, do not expect the things will go right, always they choose the worst solution for every single issue. Big turnover, at least 1-2 persons leave the company every week Poor RRHH and financial management.
