Horrible management no communication say goodbye to your social life as roster is unworkable and you will be ignored if you ask to swap or take time off very clicky between staff management will work you to the bone taking calls every second the minute one hangs up and they ask you for explanations on toilet breaks and personal breaks which is an absolute joke they treat you like a child Overworked and undervalued for a minimum wage job it is a disgrace the hours your made to work Don’t follow their own contracts meant to get roster a month in advance but you get it 2 days before entirely random hours on random days of the week leaving you no time to make personal plans at all. Could be a night shift Monday and early morning Tuesday with 2 days notice and ignored to swap
