Pros

Team i worked on got you through Location of office Hybrid

Cons

Poor salary - nowhere near competitive Over worked to the point of illness Unpaid Overtime expected- "you don't work 9-5, you work until done" what department lead said to me Back office teams understaffed. SLT don't care that their "business decisions" are having such negative effect of staffs mental and physical health. Unless on phones there is no salary progression other then the bonus that they fight the union tooth and nail no to give.

Pros

Working at the AA has been a really positive experience with lots of room to grow and develop. I started in the call centre and, within less than a year, moved into the commercial department in a role that’s directly related to my degree. The company genuinely supports internal progression and values career development. My favourite thing about the job is the flexibility of the hybrid setup — it makes a big difference since I live quite far, but when I do go into the office, I enjoy working alongside my team.

Cons

I don’t have many complaints, but it would be nice to have the option to take unpaid time off when needed.
