      Pros

      The Salary is average, the locations are favourable and the systems are solid. The list is getting smaller each week.

      Cons

      You will read either glowing reviews or dissatisfied reviews about Elavon, very little in the middle. In my opinion this is mainly due to Management, who are allowed/encouraged to be inconsistent with their reports, for example two people in the same roles sitting beside each other will have completely different work experience, through assignment, work life balance, etc. High staff turn over.

      Good if you want to work for a soulless corporation. wasn't for me, but some people like this type of employment. Depends on the person. Good for people who want to get ahead, not for people who value building lifelong friendships and community spirit.

      Wasn't for me, but some people like this type of employment. Depends on the person. Leaders who work here don't care for the people who work under them. There is a lot pressure. Not a nice place to work. Kind and compassionate people don't last more than a year here.
