Pros

Good place to go when your young to get experience as you will work on a number of different projects.

Cons

Don't stay too long as there is no pay increases and they always screw you on the bonus(its never 10%) Some employees do very little while others are overworked. Bad employees get rewarded while good ones leave! Its all who you know in there, sit on the couch and invite people to coffee and you'll go along way in the company. No pay increases, work as hard as you want... you will not get rewarded!

Pros

Staff on the floor friendly. People genuinely keen to help. Some good tech but a lot of legacy systems that are planned to be phased out. Company spent a fortune on Setanta sports..was it worth it?

Cons

The Senior managers have huge egos, very self serving and HR are there soley to keep the staff in line. More and more Indians (cheap and ineffective labour from Tech Mahindra) on the floor. It is all about cost cutting to sell the company on. Morale very low. People worked really hard to turn the company around, and the Managers got huge bonuses.

Cons

Treatment from higher management (directors, head of department) to staff is absolutely disgusting. Lead by fear, threatening emails with NO support from HR department
