Pros

It is a very fun, inclusive , innovative place to work. The people are generally quite young so the atmosphere is good. Very sociable and everyone gets along well.

Cons

As with most , there can be a struggle with a work life balance. Working late is a given, but more so when working on pitches etc

Pros

- Getting to work on some of the world's leading brands alongside some of the most amazing colleagues. - Your ideas actually materialize, not something that happens in every agency. - Massive drive to be innovative means that everyone gets involved in exciting brainstorms. - Supportive upper management (the CEO knows everyone in the building!) - Promotions happen fairly frequently so it's a great place to progress in your career. - Nice new building in good location. - Free coffee.

Cons

- Depending on your department, work/life balance can vary. - Small(ish) agency, so you get pulled on to things you don't feel qualified to do from time to time. - Working as a team can sometimes fall by the way side as you end up having to do all aspects of a task yourself, which can be stressful. - No additional benefits given.
