Pros

Product is good, snack selection is fine and the offices are brand new and central located. Some of the employees are really smart and good people, you can make good connections!

Cons

Where to start? - Nobody reaches the annual target. 0/40 reps in Dublin. - Cut-throat management. Shaming non-performers. - Disconnection with the market. Some of these managers have not seen a customer in their life, they probably read about that on books or during a Udemy course in the induction training - Micro management. You will be continuously watched, as this is mainly the only thing managers do to justify they do something to the higher management - Not realistic targets across EMEA-US. This is the first company I've seen distributing the same targets no matter the market. This means the rep working in DACH, East Coast US, UK, Africa have the same target. This is real. - As a result of the quickly growth, it puts the structure of the companies on the spot. - No career path whatsoever - Meritocracy does not exist, not only for the sales team but in general. The closer you are to the management/Team Lead, the easier for you to get credit/promotion for something. - HR gossiping every day, starts to be boring even for the audience.

Pros

They sell you the world @ interview stage. Outward looking in, this looks a great company with a great start up culture. They call it a "rocketship" whilst they are selIing it to you. I see all the positive and glowing reviews written here recently and can picture the sales managers and their lackeys that have written them. Who are you trying to convince, yourself? Good luck with that!

Cons

They fail to deliver on anything and then the nightmare really starts. You soon begin to realise that this is broken company with a broken model and a "toxic" culture. The tone is set from the very top here, by the CRO. Compare this company with any start up of It's age and you can really see the comparison: there is a hemorrhage of employees especially in senior positions which tells you a lot about whats its really like as they have view into the company that most lower down don’t. Marketing is the most annoying department with a bunch of jumped up self opinionated 18-21 years jerks you've ever come across (People reading this internally will laugh as they know its the truth) Its a sorority clique at best! (if I could I would give them minus points below on the ratings for culture and senior management, I would)

Pros

You can expense your phone plan Supposedly the office but I joined and left during the pandemic Having the worst manager of my career - this is good as I have now learnt what I don't want a manager or leadership to be

Cons

I was completely over sold on the position, I was looking to work in a less stressful, less sales and more solutions focused environment with strong client services and relationships. I was told this was the case, promised a small renewals target that was achievable, relationship focused work with clients, a healthy challenging yet manageable workload and a friendly almost family like team environment. The only thing to come true was the family environment, but it was a dysfunctional family. Less than a month in I started encountering the practices of bullying, micro-management, shaming (in 1on1s and team meetings) and an increase and not achievable sales target (?!). About 7 out of 90+ people hit their target month on month. On multiple occasions I encountered colleagues not wanting to speak up about stress and bullying as they feared the outcome - whether that is losing good accounts or being fired.
