      Pros

      Good office facilities, mostly nice people in other departments, salary was OK.

      Cons

      Two-faced; they would say nice things about your performance and pretend every thing was going OK and then state very poor things in written reviews. Very, very demoralising. Senior management had their priorities askew and some of the other departments were run very inefficiently. The reliance on interns was fer beyond where it should have been. It is no surprise the 'merger'with RBC was in reality a reverse takeover.
