Cons

Completely chaotic environment, high turnover across the board. I was told I would have a lot of opportunities in my interview. Absolutely not, zero career development, no learning opportunities, pure data entry job.

There is no pros working here. They do not offer anything more than any other company in Dublin would offer.

Cons

Terribly toxic environment, employees and incompetent management. Poor performance management and overall lack of support. You are on your own here and have to figure it out. There is a "tribal" mentality with some employees who will isolate and criticize you to distract others from their own lack of skills. Zero team spirit. Managers act as they know it all when they barely have any understanding of what is going on. Typical "old-fashioned" company with archaic values and processes.

You will learn nothing in this company. Management and HR have no clue. Huge turnover of staff. Management style is to load you with useless tasks just to micromanage you. The company is a sinking ship. Dated company and products. Dont apply for a job here. I am trying to get a new position asap! Its a kip.
