Pros

Good Location Some good people trying to do their best Good Social events WFH balance good

Cons

Very typical issues in Tech industry but amplified. They key one being blocking promotion at all costs and not replacing /hiring key staff. Manipulation by already overpaid management to save money on frontline staff - No overtime pay, long working outside of standard. (20 euro for a takeaway for unscheduled 15 hour day)* - Not hiring / replacing key positions - Blocking mobility, no promotions - Pay sub standard to dedicated talented and loyal workforce - Project Manager heavy organisation - Upper Management toxic manipulation behaviour to staff - Management not accountable of mistakes - Blame / finger pointing culture encouraged by management - Overworked Staff, under resourced - Undefined roles across teams - Multiple roles being outsourced to India to below par hires

Opportunities to move roles into the wider Broadridge group

Cons

Management who are completely inept Blame culture from management down - absolutely no accountability at mid senior levels No training or development No opportunities for advancement No focus on automation yet marketed as a FinTech company Poor Salaries High expectations of uncompensated overtime Staff are constantly underresourced and over worked Inconvenient location with minimal public transport and very little parking
