I don't think there are any, getting out the door and being able to drive home...

Cons

Poor management, as a supervisor currently at booker made to do everything, no support from anyone and do 60 hours a week minimum. Higher management are all there for themselves don't care about anything but how much money I'd going in there back pocket! Have been at the company for 6 years not and has gone down the pan massively used to be a nice company to work for but now budgets are stuck and a low it's impossible to meet demands. Often go home and rock backwards and forwards as it make you feel like that.

Learnt more about myself managing in an aggressive and oppressive organisation. I learnt about remaining resilient in an environment that encourages individuals to look after themselves and not work as a team.

Micro Management A culture of bullying, which sadly colleagues are institutionalised and think this is the norm No trust of colleagues Over Compliance and Due Diligence Poor systems and procedures Manage by fear Little or no development opportunities, no training, coaching or mentoring support in place
