Regarding your comment on involvement in areas outside of your project work, it is not expected that you spend all your working hours solely on project work over the course of the year. There is time allocated to enable you to engage in various activities outside your project work which will enrich your professional experience and your personal growth. There are numerous opportunities for involvement, whether within your service line, L&D, CSR activities or other areas that are relevant and meaningful to you. Thank you for your positive feedback below. It is great to hear that you are enjoying our team culture, learning opportunities, and bonus structure. With regards to your comment on the stressful work environment, we encourage you to speak with your Engagement Manager, DM or Service Line lead during any periods where you have a lot on your plate, and they will be happy to work with you to prioritise your workload and/or provide support to you during these times. It is really important that you speak with your manager to discuss your workload during any busy periods on project in order to alleviate any stress. With regards to the hierarchy, we are surprised to hear this comment as we invariably get feedback confirming that one of the reasons people enjoy working with us is because there is a very informal hierarchy in the company and senior individuals are very approachable and helpful. However, if this hasn’t been your experience, we encourage you to speak to your immediate manager or a member of the People & Culture team in this regard. We appreciate your feedback.
