Thank you for sharing your feedback - we’re pleased to hear about your positive experience with the company. Regarding your comments on rewards and benefits, we’d like to offer some context: • Pension Contributions: our employer pension contributions are positioned at the top end of the market, reflecting our commitment to long-term financial wellbeing for our employees, and we receive very positive comments from both staff and candidates on pension as well as all our benefits. • Stock Options: We understand stock opportunities can be important to some, and we aim to be transparent — this is not part of our offering, and this would have been communicated during the recruitment process. • Reward Scheme: We are not sure if you are referring to our Bonus programme or our Long-Term incentive programme here; the bonus programme is designed to reflect individual performance and impact. We regularly review it to ensure it remains fair and motivating. The Long-Term Incentive Programme is a generous reward scheme available to eligible employees on a three-year cycle, and again, feedback from staff on both these schemes is positive. Thank you again for your feedback.

Thank you for your lovely feedback and it is great to hear that you are positive about our remuneration approach and that you are enjoying our working environment and learning opportunities. Regarding your comment on involvement in areas outside of your project work, it is not expected that you spend all your working hours solely on project work over the course of the year. There is time allocated to enable you to engage in various activities outside your project work which will enrich your professional experience and your personal growth. There are numerous opportunities for involvement, whether within your service line, L&D, CSR activities or other areas that are relevant and meaningful to you. We would be delighted to discuss this topic further with you. We encourage you to speak with your Service Line Lead or a member of the People & Culture team in this regard. Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback, it is very much appreciated

Thank you for your positive feedback below. It is great to hear that you are enjoying our team culture, learning opportunities, and bonus structure. With regards to your comment on the stressful work environment, we encourage you to speak with your Engagement Manager, DM or Service Line lead during any periods where you have a lot on your plate, and they will be happy to work with you to prioritise your workload and/or provide support to you during these times. It is really important that you speak with your manager to discuss your workload during any busy periods on project in order to alleviate any stress. With regards to the hierarchy, we are surprised to hear this comment as we invariably get feedback confirming that one of the reasons people enjoy working with us is because there is a very informal hierarchy in the company and senior individuals are very approachable and helpful. However, if this hasn’t been your experience, we encourage you to speak to your immediate manager or a member of the People & Culture team in this regard. We appreciate your feedback. We're committed to continuously improving our work environment and addressing your concerns is important to us.
