exposure to different departments and projects great learning opportunity if you find time on top of your daily extensive workload good people

Cons

after spun-off from Bausch Health, started to be more chaotic than before processes are not defined, responsibilities are not clear extremely lean resourced and as a consequence, the workload is very heavy no communication from management on the long-term business plan working with different ERP systems can be confusing for many people salary across the supply chain is below the market value

Technicians have the place ruined ,on 80 to 120k a year to sit in the workshop watching Netflix and no one has the bottle to sort them out. Worst training department I have ever come across. Worst HR department ever set up , complete joke Worst Maintenance department as they dont do any. Operators on 50 k a year to use their phones and whining about a bonus that they got paid 10 grand each to give up and now want a strike , laughable. No new positions available just replacements for everyone thats bailing out.
