      Amazing manager but she's overworked and has no support Great learning opportunities Great culture Open door policy

      Cons

      Little to no career progression above audit Senior level, performance isn't the same amongst all staff who are the same level which is super frustrating as it creates a culture of not wanting to be better. Need more managers.

      Pros

      Leading the profession after a good few years of change. Best places for anyone wanting a progressive inclusive career . Great work life balance. Clear leadership with the 5 year strategy and strong CEO both in region and Group wide.

      Cons

      Very large and still finding its feet but direction of travel is very positive
