      Pros

      Wonderful organization. Andrew really reasonates and I believe is a good leader. Other members of Autodesk were amazing. Generous with their time and knowledge.

      Cons

      Communication between the different organizations could have been better. Sometimes the right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing.

      Pros

      Good benefits, management is disorganized and could improve. Initiatives should be better planned out before handed down to engineering to build. This would improve moral and reduce employee frustration.

      Cons

      It's hard to be promoted for most people. You need to leave and come back to climb the ladder.
