      OK - standard call center environment

      Pros

      - Big clients, big company, good for the CV. - Good colleagues. - Senior management is OK. - Some fairly good benefits.

      Cons

      - Poor equipment and tools. - Atos' general structure is terrible. - Too much focus on immediate cost savings instead of seeing the bigger picture. - Low salaries. - High attrition and no qualifications required. They hire what they can pretty much. - Pressure on management is extreme, at times. - HR is outsourced to the UK department. No HR left in Cork.

      Some prestige of name being associated with Olympics Atos consolidated / outsourced the unnecessary and, in some cases, over paid HR team Certain underperforming managers were moved into the Lean team RCI building a good, well equipped facility location to work in Inept senior management dismissed

      Cons

      No investment in IT infrastructure, to the point of needless risk taking with business critical services Little external training for staff to maintain competitive advantage IT management out of depth, under qualified, inexperienced with large Enterprises and people management

      Pros

      Good colleagues, no experience needed, ok to start out with and then move on to better company. A little education is offered.

      Cons

      Low wages, not very good working climate, no benefits including in salary, in generally to much to do compared to salary level, swing door - not able to hold on experienced people. No carrier opportunities, management is deff.
