      Pros

      Supportive team environment with opportunities to work in large enterprise IT environments. Exposure to modern technologies including Microsoft 365, endpoint management, identity and access management, collaboration tools, and enterprise support processes. Strong client-focused culture with opportunities to learn and develop technical skills while working alongside knowledgeable colleagues.

      Cons

      Career progression opportunities can vary depending on the client assignment and business needs. Greater visibility into long-term growth paths, internal mobility, and opportunities for advancement would further enhance the employee experience.

      Supportive management, but training was inadequate

      Supportive management and good benefits.

      Cons

      I worked under contract for one of their clients. Was supposed to be trained for 3-4 weeks but the trainers stopped training me at the end of the first week. From weeks 2-3 they stopped having consistent communication with me and just gave me tasks. One went on vacation and the other went on a business trip. Once one of the trainers came back, I saw and communicated with her only once before she decided to let me go. Horrible trainers on the client side but good management support when it comes to Astreya.
