Pay is good, and very good joining bonus. Relocation service was fantastic.

Pros

Feel incredibly lucky to be part of such a people-focused organisation. Everything you would want in a job, interesting projects with clear visibility paths into the market combined with the flexibility to contribute around your life. A great culture of helping out other employees with spare time to ensure objectives are achieved as a team. Days of care in particular are a huge perk as it enables you to totally disconnect as the day is off across sites.
