Long hours, yet no appreciation, constant threatening with from manager to report to HR Lowest possible pay in market, highest possible workload expected indirectly to work on weekends to meet deadlines constant bullying by the managers and higher management to keep employee under pressure as soon as you ask for hike or promotions, you'll be pushed against wall by finding issues with performance and break the confidence no recognition, no appreciation, constant pressure, tension and bullying at workplace. No training, no perks of working here, best to leave as soon as possible to keep mental health stable.

Based on other reviews, it is evident senior management is source of all of Alter Domus' problems. The omission of formalized training means employees are expected to teach themselves the ins and outs of their assigned workload which ultimately leads to incompetent work being produced as other officers have no interest in helping you unless directed to by higher up the chain. Being overworked and underpaid in relation to industry standard (particularly for qualified accountants) drives out employees at an high rate, leaving behind some quite incapable employees
