      * Interesting engineering challenges with very dynamic web management system * Company culture is great

      Cons

      * Compensation / pay is not the most merit based, everyone is in their own lanes * Not a ton of room for advancement

      Pros

      The people at ASI are first and foremost kind and helpful. Work life balance takes priority over everything else because there's a strong belief from upper management to keep employees (some have been at ASI for 20+ years) and they do this not with gimmicks but with genuine compassion.

      Cons

      I'm sure that I could be earning a higher salary elsewhere but also know that I would never be as happy there as I am at ASI.

      Pros

      Very nice people to work with, very good work life balance. If money wasn't a concern I'd like to work here.

      Cons

      monolith architecture on a full legacy tech stack (webforms, .NET web Api 2) is a concern for those seeking opportunity for growth in their career, management should prioritize some path for migrating to modern replacements for older technologies, otherwise developers who are not locked into the company for life will continue to be anxious about whether they're developing a skillset competitive and relevant with the market
